Levy paying stakeholders are organisations that are registered and contribute to the Skills Development Levies Act. This includes organisations with annual payrolls exceeding R500,000, specifically within the FP&M SETA sectors such as clothing, textiles, footwear, leather, forestry, furniture, pulp and paper, printing, packaging, and publishing sectors.
