By accessing FP&M SETA Systems:
- I consent to the FP&M SETA to collect, process, and distribute my personal information where the FP&M SETA is legally required to do so.
- I understand my right to privacy and the right to have my personal information processed in accordance with the conditions for the lawful processing of personal information.
- I acknowledge that I understand the purposes for which my personal information is required and for which it will be used.
- I hereby consent that I understand that third parties will have access to my personal information, and I hereby consent to the FP&M SETA to share my personal information strictly for reporting, research, verification, recruitment, and whatever reason relevant to the purpose it was provided for.
- Further by continuing signing-in I specifically agree that the FP&M SETA will use such information provided by me, irrespective of the nature of such information. However, the FP&M SETA will use its best endeavors and take all reasonable precautions to ensure that any information provided, is only used for the purposes it has been provided.
- I understand further that all my personal information which I provide to the FP&M SETA will be held and/ or stored securely for the purpose for which it was collected.
